As a result, fertilizer costs are once again in focus.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Turin, Italy, prices have risen by \u20ac80\/t in one month, reaching \u20ac725\u2013735\/t in early October. The increase is partly driven by <strong>geopolitical tensions<\/strong> in the Middle East, which are affecting<strong> maritime transport <\/strong>and the <strong>availability <\/strong>of raw materials such as <strong>sulphur<\/strong>, increasing costs and uncertainty over supplies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How much does the price increase weigh on crop revenues?<\/strong> The price ratio between Fertilizer and cereals has increased.
