Tecnicamente el Ni\u00f1o si manifesta quando la temperatura delle acque dell&#8217;oceano Pacifico equatoriale aumenta di oltre 0,5\u00b0C durante almeno cinque periodi successivi. Si tratta dunque di una fase atmosferica calda. <\/span><b>Attualmente siamo in una fase di piena manifestazione di el Nin\u0303o<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, definita come &#8216;forte&#8217;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I fenomeni sono particolarmente evidenti in sud America, con siccit\u00e0 in Bolivia (compresa la zona del lago Titicaca), nel sud del Per\u00f9, in Venezuela, sulla costa caraibica e la parte della Colombia sulla costa pacifica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ne <\/span><b>verranno influenzate numerose coltivazioni<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, come canna da zucchero, banana, mais, riso, ma anche <\/span><b>la pesca e l&#8217;allevamento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. In Colombia le precipitazioni sono la met\u00e0 del normale ed i fiumi che forniscono acqua al 79% della popolazione presentano un livello idrico pari ad un terzo di quello normale. In Venezuela, gli effetti sugli allevamenti zootecnici sono pesanti e si stima che il 20% delle produzioni siano a rischio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fenomeni altrettanto pesanti si stanno manifestando anche in sud Africa, in particolare <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/teseo.clal.it\/?section=maisesoia\" target=\"_blank\"><b>per le <\/b><b>coltivazioni di mais<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ed in India.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dunque, purtroppo, non deve sorprendere questo clima mite e senza precipitazioni di casa nostra.
