Cheeses: Quality and Market

Meeting with Milk Producers, Chairmen and Cheesemakers of some dairies located in the Mantua province (northern Italy, Lombardy Region), traders organized by Clal.it focused on exchanging of views on PDO cheese quality (Grana Padano/Parmigiano Reggiano) and market trends. The meeting was held on Sermide (Mantua), the small village where Clal.it has its headquarter, at the "Centro di Educazione Ambientale" [Environmental Education Centre] which is located on the right bank of the Po river.
