Italy: Farm-gate milk prices
In this section (currently a work in progress), you will find various data, materials and tools relating to the central theme of milk prices.
The following are already available:
  1. the monthly average prices, as recorded in Lombardy, of farm-gate raw milk,
  2. the prices of "spot" milk as determined by the Commission of the Milano Monza Brianza Lodi Chamber of Commerce,
  3. the data for monthly milk deliveries in Italian regions,
  4. the monthly average prices, recorded in Lombardy, of farm-gate raw milk compared with the monthly production of Grana Padano and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese,
  5. materials for a comparative study of milk prices in the European region.
