Organic milk prices, Austria

On this page you will find information about the farm-gate organic milk price, produced in Austria.

There are two types of organic milk price, based on the feeding of the cows:
  • “without haymilk” price does not include the premium due to a feed based on fodder where the silage represents a maximum of 25% of the annual ration (see the Commission EU regulation 2016/304 of 2 March 2016);
  • “with haymilk” price, quoted from February 2016, includes the premium quality of hay milk.
For each type, the tables show the monthly prices recorded over the past four years, while the charts on the left show the trend over the last three years.
