N.B.:
Milk prices in Italy are set by Clal on the basis of regional, local, company agreements, and mainly of the market trend. Using the data available to us, we have shown how the stipulated prices have developed in the Lombardy Region over a five-year period. This choice is due to the consistency of the volumes of milk produced in the region and the indicativity of the fixed prices, often considered a bargaining reference point in other villages.
