The VHI (Vegetation Health Index) is an indicator that monitors vegetation health. It combines information on plant vigor (NDVI) and land surface temperature (LST) to detect drought stress, heatwaves, or other climatic events. High values indicate healthy vegetation, while low values signal critical conditions for crops.
