The consumption analysis indicates where the demand for suine Meat is concentrated in the world, and helps to identify markets with strong growth potential.

Countries, for example, which currently have a modest meat consumption suine per capita compared to a large population.

The page is based on FAS-USDA data for consumption and FAO and Eurostat data for the number of inhabitants, from which CLAL calculates per capita consumption by dividing total consumption by the number of inhabitants.
