Slaughterings are a key indicator for assessing the supply of pork.
On this page, you can track the evolution of pig slaughterings across the EU-27,
enabling comparison between Member States and analysis of the relationship between pork exports and slaughterings.
The analysis is based on monthly data from Eurostat, expressed in tonnes (carcass weight; to view the number of heads) click here.
